That is because the person who you are talking with when you ask for late check out A, MIGHT not know that you are a Plat, and B, has no idea what Plat benefits are, especially guaranteed late check out! I am forever explaining to front desk clerks that as a Plat that I am entitled to guaranteed late check out. "Hold on sir, I'll have to go ask."
