When you look at these numbers, whether they are accurate or not, I can't see how the three airlines will continue to offer reciprocal upgrades for all CO/DL/NW elites on flights on all fare classes. DL elites are going to completely screw up the upgrade percentages for all elites on NW/CO. Likewise, DL now upgrading NW & CO elites will screw up that side.

I think all three of them will implement a new EUA scheme if all three airlines will upgrade elites for all three programs. For example, maybe plats get upgrades on everything but the equivalent of T & K fares on NW. Golds get upgraded on everything but L, T & K. I'm just speculating. Who knows what will happen. But if the system is kept the way it is now, silvers on the three airlines will see upgrade percentages drop to 0-10%, golds to 25-50% and plats 50-75%. Again, pure speculation.

Something has to change to incorporate three airlines' elites into the EUA program.
