I'm surprised they made you check out/in again, unless they had a ressie for this week & later. Not your fault a standard room wasn't available.
If you're staying at the same CY property all the time, I'd chat w/ the GM or front desk supervisor & nicely point out that you're there a lot & are Premium & are there any bones, er, bennies, they could do for you.
Haven't stayed at a CY in years, so no idea how much can be done.
