I can't think of any. Unless you also fly domestic and aren't entitled to any priority check-in line (and you probably are), that would be the main perk. Otherwise, for the occasional time you don't have "lounge access", you can buy an awful lot of drinks (not free in domestic RCC) and better snacks (usually crappy in RCC) for what you would pay for membership.
