So, in summary, TG the following configurations
Seat:
New F class: B747-400 (ver 7443), A340-600
New C class version 1: B747-400 (ver 7443), A340-500, A340-600, B777-200
New C class version 2: B777-200ER, B777-300 (retrofit in progress)
Old F/C seats: B747-400 (ver 7442), A330-300, B737-400
IFE:
AVOD in premium class only: B747-400 (ver 7443), B777-200
AVOD in all classes: A340-500, A340-600, B777-200ER, B777-300
PTV in premium class only: B747-400 (ver 7442), A330-300
No PTV at all: A300-600, B737-400
The 8 new A330-300 that will begin delivery in 2008 will get new C seat and AVOD in all classes.
After B777-300 retrofit, I heard that existing A330-300 will be retrofitted but this is still not confirmed.
Two more A300-600 will be phased out in 1st quarter of 2008 and will gradually be phased out when the new A330-300s are delivered.
Looking at the information above, TG long haul fleets looks much improved. The only bad one is the 747-400 ver 7442.
