A word of warning for those of you who travel between Chicago to Manchester:

Seats 2H and 2J are pre-selectable on this route on aa.com, however these are crew rest seats.

If you pre assign these seats you will be reallocated to whatever remaining seats there are in the cabin when you check in.

I've spoken with AA this morning and they are going to "pass on the information" but that could take some time to filter through!

Note this only applies to ORD-MAN, not MAN-ORD...
