The plates/glasses were all just like in business, almost. Service was no different. After the meal service, I think the FA's came around maybe 1-2 times for water. And the 2nd "snack" service was pathetic. A piece of bread with melted cheese or a cold deli plate. Horrible.

Compare this to my earlier LH F flight that day, where there were only 3 of us between 8 seats. I did have a chance to see the menu that the FA was walking around with. Between 3 entrees, LH had a total of 8 meals loaded for 3 F pax. So, chances were everyone would get their first choice. And the cabin was spotless. On an 9:15 hour LH flight (UA was 8:45) they had 2 full hot meal services.

I had never been in the F cabin on 767 Intl flight (most of mine are usually transpacs), and this was very disappointing.

Was this par for the course, or did I get a below average experience ?
