But I learned something...since I needed to get these booked, I went ahead and booked flights on Midwest, through the MW site, not only got better fares but also MUCH better flight schedule times. We've enjoyed NW, think their elite system is the best hands down, but it seems they are really trying to push us away as customers, and we've already started the move now.
Give me a reason not to give up on you NW!
Yeah, it's kind of frustrating that it's after you've selected your flights. Though, I don't think having their website down while they're upgrading is a good reason to give up on NW. Any company could run into these problems.
... although the fact that it looks like you can't do flexible award searches or increase the number of flights for a search to return makes me feel that you may be right after all.
