It's 8pmCST and res system is still not working, which is very frustrating because it seems to drop the page after you've done all the searching (which is another story since the schedule & price search system seems to also be wrecked).

But I learned something...since I needed to get these booked, I went ahead and booked flights on Midwest, through the MW site, not only got better fares but also MUCH better flight schedule times. We've enjoyed NW, think their elite system is the best hands down, but it seems they are really trying to push us away as customers, and we've already started the move now.
Give me a reason not to give up on you NW!
