Skype is cheaper but at 23 Eurocents/min, I still feel I'm being ripped off. Do they have a proper UK 020-xxx geographical number for overseas caller? VS.com yields no result, v-flyer.com no luck, mightly google returned tough luck.

Better yet, do they have local # in Paris? Because the supposedly 'high speed' WIFI in my hotel somehow reminds me of my good-old V33.3 modem I used in Hong Kong back in 1996. (oh hang on, it's France I'm visiting! excuse me ) or else I will be calling their HK local number at cheaper rates. I've waited for about 4 hour since I used their "return me a call" option
