I was going to book flights to Kenya today. My friend and I are flying out of different cities. First the agent couldn't get my friend routed from AMS to CLE through MEM. Then he said the fare was $6000. It had priced out at $1800 on the web yesterday. Yes, I should have booked it then, but I wanted to make absolutely sure of the dates and emailed the tour operator. Got the reply this morning. I then said thanks. I have been on hold for a different agent for more than 20 minutes. And I called the elite line. What a mess. I hope everything straightens out soon.
