Why does it not surprise me that NWA has changed their site with so many snafus/bugs? After my trip back from the CO DO yesterday with one issue after another (issues re: same-day standby, gold elite gate upgrade before platinum, flight cxl and rebook to following day when later flight same day was available), I would jump ship in a heartbeat. Unfortunately where I live in central MN is a NW-only city. Any bets on how long this airline will survive on its own?!
