Hey the good news - because I was forced to call the center for my next trip(and the fee was waived), I also had them look up my Christmas MAD trip, and they(Debbie) did what I couldn't, get my wife on a perks 50K with me on the same itin for the miles .
I paid the $15.00 for that - but well worth it.
