Hi,

I thought I read some posts here on FT at LHR T4 some BA staff was occasionally discouraging Gold card holders ( travelling short haul only ie CE or ET ) from using F check in as the bags for sh/lh were sent to different places?

As stated, the gold benefit is for F check in regardless of cabin/baggage etc
