Yes. No. (short answer).

It's the Cyprus Airways lounge and it's an OK place to wait - comfortable, reasonable tea/coffee on offer together with some random snacky sort of nibbly bits.

It's nicer than the rest of the terminal building (which is not much of a statement in itself) but I certainly wouldn't allow any extra time. You will need to get an invite when you check in though.
