One good thing about living on Guam or in the CNMI is developing an ability to cope with frequent power outages. Every village on Guam still does not have water, either, since
Typhoon Chata'an (same link as page 1) hit on 5 July.
Loss of FT is no less significant for some of us than power or water, and certainly more so than cable television! As
Randy mentioned above--seventh post on page 2--it was for a good cause, and pre-announced (although people like me didn't know where to find it in advance). That's life.
