I'm going to be driving from the Inner Harbor* this Friday at around 11am to the Washington Convention Center area.


The map services seem to indicate that it's preferable to take 295 over 95. Is that the right strategy?


(*Actually to be precise, I'm starting at the Aquarium at the Inner Harbor. If anyone has suggestions for cheaper parking near it, I'd love to hear!)
