price isnt the best indicator. IMHO many non luxury chains can be horribly overpriced. and then there are some cities where everything is priced high because there is so little supply.

service seems to be regarded as the most important aspect by most of the regulars in this forum.

if you have some more specific questions, like regarding specific cities/regions/countries/etc, that would probably allow much more appropriate/helpful responses.

the only time bespoke (couture comparison) really comes into play with travel is with private guides/hosts/etc.
