I've used them maybe a dozen times over the last couple years when booking from SFO-HKG or NRT in business. In fact, when flying to Asia it's the first site I check.

I've never had a problem with them coming through in the end. A couple times I've been sent a receipt that said coach instead of business but after a call they confirmed that I was booked into business all along and it was their IS that was screwy. At times I've found the fares to Asia to be substantially cheaper for business class (sometimes up to $800) so a 2 minute phone call to their CS is worth it, IMO.

Plus, once you get the conf # you can log into or call whatever airline you're using and confirm yourself.
