What happened with me is that I entered Canada on 7SEP2007 and my exit stamp from KHI is for 7SEP2007 but the immigration office at pearson airport stamped my entry at 6SEP2007. I noticed this 2-3 days back and I now I dont know what to do? I will be applying for US Visit Visa, I am not sure if this wrong dated entry will create any complications in my case? Who should I go to? Who is responsible for changing this?

There is not enough information in your post for anyone to provide an answer.
What is your status in Canada and the US. Where do you reside. What passport do you carry. What are you trying to do? Where are you trying to go?
If you left KHI on the 7th but entered Canada on the 6th (as per the stamp) I do not see why the US Visa officials will care at all. The US consulate will want to know why you are going to the US and for how long you intend to stay.
