Im wondering if the DL experts can help me out here...

DL out of EZE appears to be giving folks checking wine limits on how many bottles they can carry. I had similar issues with CO but was able to sort it out after starting a thread over on the CO boards... Im hoping I can do the same here.

The issues are arising when Pax want to check in styrofoam shippers (profesional packaging) that contain 12 bottles... sometimes pax are told they can only bring 6 bottles, other times they are being mis-quoted the 5 liter rule which applies to 40 proof beverages (and NOT to wine), etc.

Does someone know if DL has a specific written policy on how much wine you can check?

Is there someone from DL customer services that posts on FT that I could contact about this?
