While searching COSTCO.COM, I found this entry for an Oahu Discount card. The Maui card is available on the company's website. I don't see it at Costco.

Search by item number 174520 and you will find the adult discount card for Oahu.

Note that the COSTCO price is significantly less than the website price at www.gooahucard.com
