Typically 1-2 days (sometimes 3 days for weekend flights). Definitely don't call before a week has elapsed.

It also seems they've swapped the sweeps. It used to be possible to earn your first quarterly batch of e-500s and CR-1s the same day, but in September,
+ 1 got e-500s and no CR-1s. That's really no problem - it means we'll have an extra month of expiration on them.
