Well, it was a total disaster. I ended up not being able to do but one before the agent caught on. She initially told me that since it was within 24 hours that I wanted to change it, that it HAD to be refunded to the card. I knew that was bullsh.. so I fought it. She then found the USair flight as a reason to not change it, citing that I was 'working the system.' Well duh... isn't that what mileage runners do?
But then she had the guts to CANCEL my reservation without my permission and she refunded my type B voucher as a type AB, I would have rather had the credit to use on UA flights than a type AB voucher.
