I hear Mandalay Bay is beautiful, at the end of the strip but a great property. However, I'm staying at the Rio (for FREE...friend of a friend...gotta love connections ). Last time I was there I stayed at the Hardrock and we had a great view of the approach right out the window!

Thanks for the advice. I'm going to stay on the right side for both segments
