Just an update. The first route to get the retrofitted aircraft will be TG622/TG623 BKK-KIX v.v. Internal equipment code is 77R. The published equipment code remains 773 so we can't see which flight gets retrofitted aircraft just by looking at the schedule.
The seat in C is arranged 2-3-2 but the seat is the same as in 772ER, which is supposedly better than the previous version in 772.
Two more 772ER will join the fleet by end of October.
ATH will be downgraded from 773 to 772ER.
I was going to ask why not ATH receive the newly reconfigured 773 as it is the longest route. It seems that there is a capacity downgrade, but product upgrade. Any idea where the 773 will go? And where the additional 772ER come from? The 2 new 772ER coming?
