Now that I've seen, not just listened to, the TV ad, I agree that you think it's for perfume or something like that. First hint that it's for something Korean is the small logo that subtly appears in one of the video montage clips, then it's more perfume-style scenes, then the FA's show up and a "Korean Air" ribbon falls across the screen. It's a pretty good ad for sucking people in and getting them to pay attention with teazer imagery before telling the audience what it's pitching.
There is a similar ad out right now for something completely unrelated, and I sometimes find myself watching to figure out which ad it is.
Air France is also re-upping their ad campaign right now, the one with the man and the woman in seats 8A and 8B doing different things (one sleeping, one daydreaming, whatever). Wonder if they're coordinating with KE. In any case, good showing for SkyTeam at the moment.
