Why not just add the $10 as a surcharge or tax, since Canadian's can't seem to get enough of those. In fact, they could call it the FEF surcharge - food, entertainment and fuel surcharge. With the amount of taxes/surcharges already paid in Canada...who would really notice. And that way the $129 fare could be listed in all the TA computers.
