On a UA LHR-SEA, UA939, you only get credit
for ONE segment and 4,801 miles. Yet, the change of gauge at ORD should make this a two-segment trip, and the miles should add as LHR-ORD (3,953) and ORD-SEA (1,720), for a total of 5,673. What a ripoff!!

Adding further insulate, if the inbound to ORD is late, UAL does NOT hold the second leg (ORD-SEA)!

I will not be booking UA939 anymore. Can anyone see any reason to use this flight rather than two discrete LHR-ORD and ORD-SEA flights?
