I do not believe there are any direct flights.

You need to go via EUR or SWP.

Try using MilageMonkey OWE Planner section. ~afr/~sam returns no flights.

Nor does ~afr/~nam.

~afr/~eur and ~eur/~sam, ~afr/~swp and ~swp/~sam are ok. Note that ~swp/~sam are very limited (although Qantas have announces the introduction of more flights from next year)
