Yes, but not directly. You would either have to go through Europe or Australia at a minimum and possibly Asia and North America. Keep in mind that if you touch a continent, you buy the continent. Some possibilities include

africa-london-argentina (JNB-LON-EZE or NBO-LON-EZE)
south africa-madrid-argentina (JNB-MAD-EZE)
africa-hong kong-los angeles-argentina (JNB-HKG-LAX-EZE)
africa-sydney-santiago-argentina (JNB-SYD-SCL-EZE)

For the most part, Sao Paolo and/or Rio could be subbed for Buenos Aires.

I also seem to recall reading somewhere that Qantas is starting up SYD-EZE again, but I may be delusional. I get that way at times.
