I love my Nuvi 370. My only complaint is that it takes what seems like an eternity to lock onto the satellites when I power it up. The Magellan Roadmate that I tried previously was very quick in finding my coordinates, but the new Garmin maps and the Nuvi's routing algorithm are head and shoulders above the Magellan's.
If you buy a Nuvi now and get the old North America maps, be sure to contact Garmin and they will send you a free upgrade.
I agree - I love almost everything about the Nuvi 370 - UI (mostly), form factor, routing, voice to text. We took it to Ireland and it made a world of difference - never did we have to take out a map for the entire 12 days. It saved us amazing amounts of time (not having to think about where to go, not having to backtrack, not having to stop and ask directions) and the peace of mind and marital peace was priceless
