My advice would be to meet at the Kripsy Kreme / Bagel Factory next to platform 7 - There is only one KK at Victoria..... PLUS - in the area between 7 and 8 there is a wide area with public seats (pretty much in full view of KK) where you can sit down while you wait....

Bagel Factory can be found on the previously attached map - KK, a recent addition, is not marked but virtually in the same position. Both are just simple serving counters.....

It is basically where the phone symbol next to 7 is on the map - and the seats go all the way down in front of Costa towards platform 8.....

Seats are generally quite scarce at Victoria - so I usually meet people there....

PS - The donuts are not super fresh as they are not made on site
