Just recieved my monthly MyMilePlus email update and it showed the following:

The EQMs seemed way low so I went online and viewed my account. When I pulled up the account online this is what was displayed:

Membership level: Premier Executive
Current redeemable miles balance: 44,XXX
Year to date Elite Qualifying Miles (EQM) 48,XXX
Year to date Elite Qualifying Segments (EQS) 12.5

As I am trying to qualify for 1K this year -- the difference would be PE vs 1k for me. I rang the Mileage Plus service centre and the agent told me that the online view gives me the EQM's inclusive of the "High Yield Bonus" while the email version does not include the "High Yield Bonus." He did not seem too eager to report the problem to IT though -- and simply suggested I ignore the email updates going forward. Any idea who IT we should forward this problem to -- no need for more customers to get worried over a simple technical glitch.
