I have an existing booking with some segments ex-TPE and the fares have gone up. I'd like to add segments onto an existing booking which is allowed as per the fare rules, since travel has started before the fare increase date, but the frustrating folks at the ICC keep saying it's not possible without a proper explanation. It seems I could re-route anywhere I want, so why not add a segment? Has anyone done this successfully?
