I just got two of them yesterday. This was the second time I got them this year. The previous one was issued in late July.

I noticed that the new certs have my name and address on them.

Profile Name is PMO/UpgradeHK49 for the new ones and UpgradeHK49 for the old ones.

On the back, upgradable fares are the same for both new and old but the new ones have a notation: 'except when the terms and conditions of sale state that the fare is not eligible for upgrade.'

Non-upgradable fares: the new one do not have D but have only G, XY, XC, NY, NC.
