Can anyone who has flown recently tell me which seats are being used for Crew Rest?

I flew two trips at the start of the year, one NGBC and one OGBC and I thought both times 2H/J were blocked off for crew rest.

However I have just been assigned 2H/J for a trip this weekend and looking at advanced seatmaps way into next year they show every seat as selectable.

Has something changed in this regard? Are there no longer any crew rest seats in NGBC?
