No, it's not just you. I have come to the realization that Goldpoints are useless also. I thought,like HiltonHonors, that I could build up my balance over time by using the quarterly update feature. I updated my profile once and nothing, Several emails later, they did credit me for one 500 point bonus when I threatened to cancel my membership. Have tried the update thing since with no luck. Am going to get around to cancelling my membership shortly, as this program is a total turkey.
