Just checked on hyatt's website, and the Hyatt Jing Jin City will be open on 01.Oct.2007. Prevailing rate is RMB 580, and RMB 680 will include breakfast. The Executive Value rate of RMB 780 will get you full breakfast, complimentary internet, 3 pieces of laundry/pressing per day, and 1000 GP bonus points.

I really want to try this hotel out during my upcoming trip to China, but it's really not located centrally to Tianjin or Beijing. Unless I can plan a two-night stay there, it's really not worth it to go so far out of the way.
