I flew TG business class to Bali and thought the food was surprisingly not-to-my-tastes (this a polite way of saying it was bad). I didn't finish my meal, nor did my traveling partner finish her meal (different choice). At one point we switched meals, but were still not quite happy. I was very surprised because I'd heard good things about TG food. My assumption at the time was that we just got very unlucky.
I'm not a food snob, either. I enjoy most meals I've had on other airlines (mostly UA and once in LX), even in coach, and usually polish them off.
