Over the summer my rollaboard handle broke so I scrambled to find a replacement during a layover in IAH. PC suggested the company store down next to Gordons Galley as a last resort. The store past closing time, but the Galley was open. Didn't try it but nothing to indicate we shouldn't be down there.
