In today's South China Morning Post, there was an article about HK travel agents boycotting the sale of UA tickets in protest to UA's special discount offers to locals only available via the Net.
Really... I wasn't aware that was a legitimate complaint - we've been doing it for a few years now - special e-fares! Hong Kong people just like to complain about EVERYTHING (I'm from Hong Kong, so...)
