Flew ZRH-BKK today in upgraded F and while the inflight experience is nothing to write home about (especially the food ), the ground handling in BKK was exceptional.

Got the shower with all amenities and a full body massage. Baggy was waiting at the gate and drove me to the First Lounge. Private living room, where they served green tea and a nice selection of fresh fruits. Great!
