According to HS.fi passengers bound to Kuusamo on Sunday got an SMS that their flight would be delayed by 1½ hours. Although plane departed on time but the passengers were not informed.

Some passengers missed their flight to Kuusamo but were taken to Oulu instead and buses took them to their final destination.

SMS system is supposed to be fixed by today until the fix the AY personnel will take care of informing passengers about delayed flights.

... so another setback for AY's IT system!
