I did the same with some unposted points. Filled in their info on their Web site for missed credits. Took about a week or ten days to post -- and then with the date of the rental (so I had to look back a bit as I had waited 3-4 weeks before my request).

Funny although they addressed you as Mr. Boraxo, they did not address me as Mr. SAPMAN. ??
