Given that you can't search for a 3-letter term you pretty much can't search for specific airport info. So....

I'll be making a connection in SFO tomorrow evening, arriving on an AC flight arriving at SFO terminal 1. I'll be connecting to a UA flight departing from the International terminal.

Can I walk from SFO Terminal 1 to SFO International terminal without clearing security again?
