I've been waiting 2+ weeks... finally wrote to Hertz and reeceived the following response:
Dear Boraxo:
Thank you for your inquiry. There were 000001 miles/points/credits processed for Rental Agreement # for the Southwest Airlines program on or around 09/--/2007.
Please allow 4-6 weeks from the date processed for the credit to appear on your member statement...
When should I really start to worry???
