Lucky you. I did the same thing three weeks ago and the only response I got was automated saying that they would try to read my email sometime after 28 days. I know I still have a week to go but I wish they would respond quicker. BA North America's customer service is awful.
I emailed Royal Jordanian yesterday and had a human response in thirty minutes.
Took them exactly 28 days to reply to me (faulty AVOD on LHR-TLV) and got 10,000 miles.
