Possibly. It's usually for a "window" of a few days. I'd suggest calling the hotel concierge to confirm, the national park office there to confirm, or check a few weather/almanac sites on the net to confirm what days the moon is full over Puerto Iguazu, Argentina. It's definitely a great experience worth checking into.
Noting you're an SPG Gold, make sure that your SPG number is in your profile. And, upon checkin, ask nicely if they were able to upgrade you. Several reports (including mine) from SPG Golds getting upgraded to a falls-view room if available. An SPG Plat gets one a falls-view suite if avaiable.
