I'd say 777 on a day flight, 747 on a night flight. Being in the nose on the 747 means no traffic in front of you, but down in 1AK it can seem a little "cosy" but not really cramped. Having the galley in front bothers me a bit on a 777 at night, but there is a more spacious feel, perhaps due to being able to move round the galley. I wouldn't be that fussed either way though, as both are fine.
